Chef de Cuisine Jason Winton and the culinary team at Seasons have crafted a decadent three-course menu with choices to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Featuring ingredients and presentations that will entice and delight, this dinner is meant to be shared and enjoyed with the ones you love.
First course choices include an indulgent Dungeness crab preparation with rosemary beurre blanc. For entrees, a shareable 24-ounce bone-in ribeye with port wine reduction is an ideal option for couples. And a luscious “Velvet Hearts” confection featuring Chambord mousse, quince jam and vanilla chiffon is one spectacular dessert choice that exudes romance.
The cost of this exquisite Valentine’s Day dinner is $150.00 per person (excluding tax and gratuity); optional wine pairings can be added for an additional $55.00 per person.
