Embark on a delectable journey into the world of artisanal chocolate with Chef Jane Crozier in our exclusive handmade chocolate truffle class. Join us for an unforgettable experience where you'll discover the art, science and history behind crafting a traditional chocolate ganache truffle.

Immerse yourself in the hands-on process of creating these velvety confections, from the initial truffle shaping to the final decorative touches. Chef Jane will lend her expertise behind the intricacies of tempering chocolate, selecting premium ingredients, and mastering the making of the finest ganache.

Sip on a complimentary glass of wine while you enjoy the fruits of your labor, and by the end of the class, take home four of your very own unique handmade chocolate truffles in our Four Seasons branded giftbox.
